Perugia has a direct legacy with Maria Montessori. The Montessori Training Center Perugia (MTCP) is a center of excellence that has been passed down over time. The center is commited to providing quality training to the Montessori teaching community, and to those interested in becoming qualified in the Montessori method.

This training course and center will be able to avail itself of the scientific and practice community created by Montessori herself and by Maria Antonietta Paolini, whose legacy is still alive in Sara Concas, one of the last direct pupils of Dr. Montessori, and some other collaborators who have been working at her side for a long time such as the current training director Sylvia Dorantes.
