At the Indaba Institute, individuals are introduced to a philosophy and 100-year pedagogy that teaches education for life and learn to guide the development of independent and confident individuals who care for themselves, others and their environment. With community at the core of their work, every course is a micro-society and provides for the needs of teachers from a variety of where each individual is a highly valued member of the community. With courses taking place on the indigenous biodiversity campus of the Sustainability Institute, students also get the chance to experience nature and understand its role in helping children understand the importance of creating a more sustainable world.
